An anonymised string created from your email address (this is also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.

If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site can download the images from the site and see the location data.

Contact forms

When you order something, we need certain data from you in order to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also need this information for any returns or repairs. For this purpose, we collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address(es), payment details and your telephone number. The data are needed to execute the purchase agreement you have concluded with us. Under Dutch law, we must keep the data related to your order for 7 years.

Data in your account

We store the following data in your personal account: your name, (delivery and home/office) address(es), telephone number (if you have provided it), e-mail address and payment details. In your account, we also save your order history including chosen delivery options. If you have not logged in with us for 7 years, we will delete all your data. In addition, you can request to have your data removed from your account at any time.

Cookies

When you leave a comment on our site, you can specify whether your name, e-mail address and site may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter these details for a new comment. These cookies are valid for one year.

If you visit our login page, we store a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted as soon as you close your browser.

Once you log in, we will store some cookies related to your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options are valid for 1 year. Once you log out of your account, login cookies are deleted.

Embedded content from other sites

Posts on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, messages, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited this other site.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with this embedded content, including recording your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Analytics

We do not analyse based on your browsing, search and purchase behaviour.

Who we share your data with

In principle, we do not share your data with third parties, except to an automated tension detection service, with the carrier for shipment of products and your bank payment and invoice data to the party doing the accounting for us.

How long we store your data

When you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are stored forever. This way, we can automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

If you have an account on this site or you have left comments, you can request an export file of your personal data that we hold about you, including any data you have given us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
